I haven't seen the entire altercation. The video or picture of all 3 holding him down may not be illegal or wrong of them. Because from the video we do have, you can hear people talking about the victim resisting arrest.

The police allegedly tried to arrest him and place him in the backseat. And the victim allegedly resisted and fought with the officers so that's how he ended up on the ground being held down by 3 of them.

This looks really bad. It definitely looks like that 1 cop had his knee pushing into the victims neck. Causing his death.

But, there is always a chance that that cops knee didn't cause his death. I doubt it, but it's certainly possible he would have died anyway.

What if the autopsy says he didn't die from suffocating, or lack of blood flow to the brain. That he had a stroke, or a heart attack. Honestly, I don't think that will matter.

Just the video of a cop doing that to someone who seems to have given up is pretty bad.

wrong again, steve1. this case was propped up in the media as a racist slaying. it is not. Or are you so racist and/or stupid that you judge every situation soley by the color of the skin of the people involved? you think there would be rioting if it was a black cop being stupid? I bet not.

the media has fanned the flames, this is the race conflict they have been hoping for since they tried to get us to riot over that "jogger" who got killed when he attacked a man with a shotgun.
