Surveillance footage shows a man believed to be Mexican soap opera star Pablo Lyle punching a man during a road rage incident in Miami that ended with the man dying from his injuries days later.

The footage shows the encounter between Lyle and 63-year-old J.R.H., who died Thursday at Jackson Memorial Hospital after the punch and fall to the ground left him with a fractured skull and internal bleeding.

According to a police report, Lyle was the passenger in a SUV that was involved in a dispute with another car in the area of Northwest 27th Avenue and Northwest 14th Street Sunday evening. The report said H. approached the SUV and started pounding on the window after the two cars stopped at a traffic light.

The footage shows the SUV's driver get out and confront H., as the SUV starts to roll away. The driver runs back to the SUV as the passenger, identified in the report as Lyle, runs toward H. and punches him once, knocking him to the ground, the video shows.

probably not his intent to kill him but a single blow followed by a fall can turn deadly and now he's facing some serious jail time.
