Yea it is organized and I can't understand how loss prevention hadn't got up on these guys and made their presence known before this happened. These guys have bags and everything.

Re: Flash Mob Steals Clothing From Store

I am so sick of seeing this shit. I wish stores were equipped with an automatic close and lock mechanism and then the owner had the right to use his automatic weapon and take out as many as he could before police arrived.

loss prevention in bigger stores arent there all the time and they usually dont just sit an monitor cameras. when i worked at Lowes, we had one loss prevention officer and he worked 40 hours a week between two stores.... and that was a major city. it's harder to stop then you'd think.... and in cases like this, it's better to let them steal and leave because you have them on camera committing the crime. in some states, loss prevention cant stop somebody unless they are walking out the door with the goods and even then, there is nothing to stop the thief from attack the loss prevention officer (as most dont carry guns)...... and with a group of guys, it could have gotten ugly fast for a LP officer. i've literally seen a co-worker get shot at (when i worked at a local grocery store) for chasing a guy that was stealing beer.
