Don't worry the liberal DA will drop or reduce the charges all for the sake of the DA having a perfect conviction rate and he will be back on the streets within a year. One of the many reasons why I stopped being a cop

How can such a violent assault on a cop not result in at least 10 years with no early release or possibility of parole? It really really boggles the mind. Someone fucked up here. I remember a case from about 20 years ago where a black perpetrator with his young 5 year old daughter was stopped on the highway. He beat the female state trooper into unconscious so severely she ended up disfigured, I think. The daughter cried the whole time during the assault. This reminded me of that.

She should have waited for a second officer. Domestic disturbance calls are some of the most dangerous and unpredictable. Stupid to go in alone, but our police always wanna try to prove something, and, of course, they think they’re invincible.
