This makes me so angry! Noone deserves to be treated like that UNLESS they are actually resisting arrest!! She was saying NOTHING. She was NOT resisting. The (officer) was ascertaining (3 seconds) what had actually happened and before he could - he was railroaded, coherced and goaded into man handling her. The conversation was NEVER EVEN STARTED!? A 3 second one sided question was asked. (And I bet she didnt even hear that because that fuckwit was shouting so loud) She was probably in shock because she just had a fucking car accident. Even if she did try and leave the scene.. or it was her fault ... she said NOTHING. She should take this officer to court and get a fuck load of money! He was literally goaded into slamming the living shit out of this woman by someone who has obviously seen a fuck load if shit go down. That wasn't her problem. She was a victim!! |
