A video circulating this week on the internet shows the moment a female military police officer uses her right arm to hit the genitals of two boys during an approach in a community in the North Zone of São Paulo.

In an audio, one of the young people approached said that he and two other friends were victims of a violent approach by the Military Police (PM), and that he will seek the authorities to report what he called 'torture'.

According to their lawyer the agents committed crimes of "abuse of authority, bodily harm, sexual harassment or even torture".

The PM informed the report, through a note, that it opened an internal procedure to analyze the conduct of the police officers who appear in the video participating in the aggressions.

The corporation did not say, however, when and for what reasons the military police (at least one woman and one man) approached and searched the five youths shown in the image (two girls and three boys). The Military Police also did not comment on whether the female police officer could search the boys and did not disclose the names of the agents and their ranks.

According to audio from one of the victims, he and his two friends were in the community when the Military Police vehicle passed and ordered them to stop. One of the boys then laid the bike he was using on the street, along with a cell phone stuck to the handlebars, which was triggered to record the approach.

In the images it is possible to see stopped motorcycles that would also have been seized due to lack of documentation. The vehicles would belong to some of the young people.
