Female DUI Suspect Hits Firefighters Standing on the Side of the Road

GOOSE GREEK, S.C. Dash cam released Thursday shows a car strike firefighters who were standing on the side of a highway.

In the video, one man falls to the ground and others gather around to assist him.

One firefighter suffered a broken ankle and the other a broken leg, but both have since been released from the hospital.

Driver Jessica Lanier, who told police she drank three beers in three hours, was charged with DUI, police said. She is out of jail on $1,000 bond.

It seemed to me that she wasn't the one who hit the firefighters.
