FATAL: Lunatic with a Chainsaw Goes on a Rampage

May 4, 2020. Ronal Adalberto Zendejas, 36, entered a Motel 6 to book an one night stay, he was very angry and violate, first he punched a plexiglass window while exiting the reception and later went to his room and grabbed a chainsaw. Zendejas went to room 102 and threatened the occupants with his chainsaw, during this 2 calls to 911 were made. Zendejas then cut the door handle off room 102, headed to the reception and followed the general manager inside. There, Zendejas cut off the employee door. Shortly after, Officers from Sparks PD, Thomas Radley & Adrian Berumen were first on scene, Zendejas entered his blue Honda and sped off crashing multiple times . Both officers fired their pistols killing Zendejas before finally crashing into a wall.

"He's not going anywhere," says the cop. That's when I knew it was lights out for Senior Chainsaw.

I was trying to read his lips but the chainsaw was too loud... I think he said he wanted his bill cut in half.

V. CONCLUSION
Based on the review of the entire investigation presented and the application of Nevada law to the known facts and circumstances surrounding the May 4, 2020 officer involved shooting of Zendejas, the actions of SPD Officer Thomas Radley and SPD Officer Adrian Berumen are warranted under Nevada law.

Unless new circumstances come to light which contradict the factual foundation upon which this decision is made, the District Attorney’s review of this case is officially closed.
