Fat Cop Chases Slow Suspect
A driver passing by captured some video an overweight police officer chasing after what has to be one of the slowest suspects I have ever seen. This video is pretty pathetic, both the officer and the suspect fall several times, it's kinda funny.

Its easier for the cop to stop by just fallin and crash landing on the guy than expelling energy by trying to bring himself to a stop...
