Failed Rider Road Rage, Philippines
A traffic enforcer went after a motorcycle rider with a moving violation: driving on sidewalk. When enforcer caught up with the rider, he asked for the driver's license. the rider refused and said he was a cop. Enforcer asked for identification but the rider refused so the enforcer tried to remove the motorcycle's key. Rider pulled a gun out and squeezed the trigger. Lucky for the enforcer, the gun jammed even after the second attempt to fire so before the rider can shoot again, he was able to run away. The rider tried turning the motorcycle on but it wont so he went on foot and somewhere ahead, he slugged another rider and stole a bike. Rider is now in police custody for various criminal charges including usurpation of authority, illegal possession of firearm, driving one stolen vehicle then stealing another, more being cooked up. That traffic enforcer didn't seem too concerned. I'm surprised he didn't backhand the rider. Also, the guy behind him should have moved forward and bumped him off the bike. |
