Excessive aggression of the National Police and the National Guard of Bolivia is news again, when last week Friday the savage beating, that was given to a young man who was in a demonstration in Lechería, Anzoátegui state was filmed by an onlooker. The young man has the condition of Asperger's syndrome, an autism spectrum disorder, which often affects his muscle tone.
