Eugene, OR Surveillance video outside the Lane County Jail captures now-former Eugene police officer Charles Caruso beating a handcuffed Shaymond Michelson. Michelson was arrested in 2013 for drinking a driving. Caruso was fired after the incident and is now an officer in California. |

Alright so the pig gets fired from his job for breaking the law which involves enforcing the law, and he is re-hired in another state. Sad, so very sad.
