Ecuador - Mother And Son Escapes Robbers
The glass of a car saved a mother and her son from an armed attack registered this Saturday, August 26, in Urdesa, north of Guayaquil. The violent event occurred on Mirtos street, at about 10:00 p.m., when both were inside a parked car. The cameras installed in the vehicle captured the moment when a gray car parked in front of them, from which three armed men got out with their faces covered with masks. One of them fired a shot in the direction of the driver's window, which was shattered but prevented the passage of the projectile. In the midst of seconds of panic, the man manages to start the car and flee the site, amid the shots that the anti-socials continued to fire. It is known that the victims were not hit by the bullets and after that they were treated at the hospital of the Ecuadorian Social Security Institute (IESS) in Los Ceibos.
