Dutch Police Chase Drugged Psycotic Man
On the 19th of June 2015, the Dutch police receive a call concerning a reckless driver. The Driver didn't have drugs in his car nor was his car stolen but he was under the influence of illegal drugs and was experiencing a psychosis at the time the events took place. |

They should have shot him to death very early on in the process. They irresponsibly put countless peoples' lives and safety at risk. Not to mention letting the perp do all that property damage. |
