This guy figured if he was gonna get wasted on Friday night he wouldn't drive his car, he would just ride his bicycle instead. Guess he didn't understand how hard it is to operate a bicycle when you've had about 20 beers. That's gotta suck being in jail having to say "ya I got arrested for drunk cycling". They're gonna make him wear tight shorts and shove a kickstand up his ass before he gets out on bail.
