Russia, a front end loader rams parked cars but under one of them was a 23-year-old man who was doing repairs. He did not have time to jump out from under the car.

As a result of his injuries he died. And the culprit of the accident disappeared from the scene.

According to media reports , the tractor was driven by the son of the local chief of the passport and visa service. Presumably, the man was intoxicated, but he refused a medical examination.

The driver of the loader disappeared from the place of the accident. The driver was arrested and detained with signs of intoxication, police said.

The suspect refused a medical blood test. A criminal case was initiated against him.
