In other developments, Chiang Khong Police Officer, Ittiphon Chalathanyakit, said the victim was safe and stable but still receiving further treatment at Chiangrai Prachanukroh Hospital. "Thana faces two charges of attempted murder and using a gun in public without permission. For the charge of attempted murder, the former army officer will face charges of murder and if found guilty will be sentenced to life imprisonment or imprisonment from 15 to 20 years. |
