Dominique White Shot in the Back by Topeka Police, Officers Cleared, 2017
Topeka police shot and killed Dominique T. White, 30, on September 28, 2017, after responding to reports of gunfire at a park in East Topeka. Officers Michael Cruse and Justin Mackey contacted White and found a handgun in his pocket as they tried to search him. White struggled when an officer grabbed his hands, broke away and ran. The officers fired as he fled, striking him in the back. He died from the gunshot wounds. Police recovered a handgun loaded with eight rounds, two loaded magazines and a knife from White. The Shawnee County district attorney declined to charge either officer after concluding that no reasonable judge or jury would find their actions unlawful. A Topeka Police Department review also found no policy violation. White's family later filed a federal civil suit seeking $10 million. The case was dismissed with prejudice on a joint motion on November 29, 2021. The city said no monetary settlement was paid. |

The murdering cop said it himself..."he has a gun on him"..."he has a gun on his person". He himself didn't fucking say he was reaching for it because HE FUCKING WASN'T. Zino...that's hard to judge at the very best and they didn't start shooting until well into his run while flailing his arms well away from his pockets. THIS IS AN EVIL MURDER!! It's hard enough ...these days...to make it to... say... the age of 75 without getting cancer or a heart attack etc. The last thing people need is to get help from murderous FUCKING COPS like these pricks!!!!!!!!!! |

Watch the video again. Starting at 6:45. He start start removing his hands from his torso until he was hit. he had a gun, he ran. That's a legal kill.
