Re: Dog Breaks Man's Leg in Half
Jesus Christ. There's gotta be better ways to deal with mentally ill people than getting a dog to rip them to shreds.

Re: Dog Breaks Man's Leg in Half
Is there no command to make the dog disengage? It seemed as though the cop couldn't get the dog to stop biting at the end.

Re: Dog Breaks Man's Leg in Half
Yes, but it does/can get dangerous for the officer when he tries disengaging the dog. Remember, this is considered a huge reward for the dog, so take it away and bam another bite to anything moving can happen. These are "supposed" to be stable dogs, but training and partnering is important. This dog was no joke and enjoys the game and reward! Sure lots of adrenaline going but think he let his dog reward go on too long. Of course, it's easy to judge after the fact.

Re: Dog Breaks Man's Leg in Half
That dog should be taken off the force. It obviously couldn't stop after it tasted that blood. Look at its face after it was taken off its meal. "Stop resisting, the dog will stop eating your leg when you put your hands behind your back." Lol. Give me a break. I love the police. You never resist. But when a dog has its teeth in your leg and starts eating it, I would try to rip the eyes out of anyone by me or try to eat their face because of the pain. If they were police or not. |
