It has been done, rarely but it has happened. Helicopters have been outrun before as well.

If the helicopter is fitted with infrared or thermal then it’s nearly impossible. However…. There are a few old videos still out there of a Swedish motorcycle rider who named himself “Ghost Rider”. He’s got a lightning fast bike and is a helluva good rider. He mounted cameras front and rear of the bike and would taunt the police. Slow down and wait then rocket away to slow down and wait some more. You’re a good searching person have some fast fun and watch one.  |
