Customer Films Cook Spitting on Flatbread Before Putting Them in Oven

The restaurant has been shuttered as authorities review its licenses. Under food safety guidelines, establishments operating with severe public health violations face an immediate suspension of their business license and penalties. Section 269, negligent act spreading infection can face up a jail sentence up to 6 months, a fine, or both. Section 270, malignant act spreading infection can face up to 2 years in prison, a fine, or both. Section 273, sale of noxious food can face up to 6 months in prison, a fine of up to ₹1,000, or both. Section 336, endangering life or safety can face up to 3 months in prison, a fine of up to ₹250, or both. |

Normally I would agree but I think in India spitting on food actually dilutes the pathogens so in a way that makes it more clean/
