Surveillance video shows a customer walking in and heading toward a display case while the clerk motions to him, as if wanting him to leave.

As the customer opened the display case and retrieved a Four Loko, an alcoholic drink, the clerk stood at his side beginning to struggle with the man.

The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office, is asking the public for help in identifying the customer at the Mobil 1, 13164 N. Florida Avenue, on Jan. 21. He is wanted for assaulting the clerk.

The customer punched and kicked the clerk an estimated 35 times.

The clerk, a man in his 50s, suffered facial injuries and lost some teeth.

The suspect is a black male about 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighing 200 to 225 pounds.

Yeah and marijuana is illegal while guys like this can drink as much as they want-makes sense. This is what happens when you literally put a liquor store on every inner city corner with govt subsidies. With that said I have little sympathy for the clerk. Karma’s a bitch. the clerks roll is behind the the desk. i would have kicked him in the face when the clerk was down. Yeah and spit on him too. and thrown the money on the ground.Oh Yeah! and told him to go fuck himself!
