Crazy Shooting at a Texaco Gas Station in Atlanta
Atlanta, CCTV video shows a shooting at a Texaco gas station on 1117 Lee Street leaving 1 woman injured. Units responded to a call regarding a woman being shot in her left shoulder while sitting in the passenger seat of a Dodge Charger. The driver of that Charger was involved in an altercation with another unidentified male. In the video, the male suspect motioned toward his handgun. The driver then pulled out an AK pistol from the Charger. Gunfire was exchanged between the driver and the other unknown suspect. The woman was shot during that exchange and transported to the Atlanta Medical Center in stable condition. She has been released. Police say the unknown suspect fled the scene in a black and red Mazda. Since the incident, the woman and the driver has since posted the surveillance video from that shooting on social media. Police say the drivers statement is consistent with the video. Investigators are actively working on this case. |

No gold plating. That looks like a Zastava Arms M92 PAP.  I have one myself. They are a bunch of fun to shoot, but they are loud as hell!  The asshole in the video wasn't even using the sights. I have a red-dot sight on mine because I hate the stock notch sights that come on it. |

The other guy pulled the gun first, so if he the gun was legal and he only pulled it to defend himself then he hasn't really done anything wrong.

It isn't "who's gun is bigger, let me show you mine..." If you pull your gun, be prepared to shoot it immediately, not compare them for a bit to see who backs down...

You said that if he pulled it to defend himself he hadn't done anything wrong... Well, since the "woman" chased the guy around a bit and got shot at before being shot at herself, she WAS in the wrong... Don't just point a gun back and forth and see who shoots first... I've been in this situation and I went to court for over a year because I didn't shoot and the other guy gave up... I didn't want to take a life but my life WAS being threatened and I was protecting myself and family... Even though the guy assaulted me 1st and I had proof, I was still charge but not convicted of "unlawful display of weapon." I myself am licensed to carry a weapon and do so every day... I know my laws very well and if you pull, plan to shoot immediately. The video above shows them playing around before anyone shoots...
