Despite the police officer being wrong on all accounts, the dude could have approached the situation differently. Let the cop write him a ticket then go to court to contest it and make the officer look like a total ass. Then it is the Judge's call on how to proceed with bringing charges against the officer.

OK I know I'm gonna catch shit for this but here goes. The cop was wrong, no doubt. But this Dukes of Hazzard idiot is the one acting like a douche bag. He's got his shitty music and his on-board camera and he's just the king of the fucking road I guess. He needs to work on his people skills. Man I bet you're the life of the party. He should just sign the ticket, take his little recording to court and rake that cop over the coals in front of a judge. But, lose the attitude, dude. What an asshole.  |
