So one of the rare moment's the use of a taser is justified they don't use it, try and find logic in that. Maybe they just don't like to save people, maybe they only like to cripple, mutilate and kill, man i wish i was a cop, i could do all kinds of crazy stupid shit all day long, and get away with it.
