From what I can see, the police tape is well behind the car, my guess is they want to arrest the guy without giving him the chance to park and secure his car. Which is the kind of over the top controlling bullshit I'd expect from the kind of fucktards that take up that kind of work for a living. American cops are filth. Nazis? Grow up mate. Regarding whether it is a crime scene or not, can you prove otherwise? As we don't have the full story it is safe to assume that it is a crime scene if hes just seen his dead brother. Besides, if they did let him do what he wanted after he was shouting at them and not complying with their instructions, that is a severe loss of face...Then every cunt would be trying to take liberties with the police.
