Hi, Hello. If you read the description, you would know that it takes a few seconds to get air time on the radio. The channel is shared between agencies. Also, he is a police officer, his duties are enforcing the law and crowd control. He isn't exactly suited to rescue 2 families from a bad car wreck and could even make it worse if he does something he isn't sure about since police have such "specialized" training. Instead what he should have done was phone in an ambulance and promptly finish the paper work to attend to the scene. which he did.  |
