seatbelt violation or any other traffic violation. Think if u not sign the citation it becomes a misdermeanor of the second degree and you go to jail and have to post a bond. Dunno if that counts for every state though. |

How is that police professionalism? the guy ended up signing the paper, all the judge sees are the outcomes which is the paper signed they dont care whether someone said no until being informed AFTER saying no that doing so would resolute in jail time.. lmfao and hey bitch, our Tax dollars, we may be pigs (people who love money) but Your our bitch :] just one phone call away and I can have ya steppin at my door to ME. Im with the cops on this one, and I hardly EVER am. The guy was being a punk...and deserved a little 'fun'. He was trying to be a smartass and not sign the citation. GOOD for the cop...teach that dickhead a lesson for trying to be a smartass. Just watch the video guys...the cop is being nice and professional telling him which copy is his, and to please sign it etc...then as soon as the guy refuses and the cop says 'Well you go to jail" the guy RUSHES to sign in...what a pussy and a huge failure at trying to act tough. |
