Can't find much info on the Paramedic other than she was reported missing and found a few days later. She was kidnapped by Smith on Tuesday and reported missing on Thursday, Justin Hure was killed on Friday. Her car was found on scene where Justin Hure was killed. Her body was found in Dillon County, South Carolina, Friday evening. |

Officer Hare was a native of New Mexico and is survived by his parents, girlfriend and two small children. At a Saturday press conference, Police said Smith had ties to the Albuquerque area - but did not elaborate on what those ties were. He also said Smith has “a very extensive criminal history.” Machado-Fore’s white BMW was later found at the scene where Smith allegedly shot Hare with a flat tire. The Marion County Sheriff’s Office added that New Mexico State Police let them know the car was found. Hare was called to assist a vehicle on Interstate 40 that had a flat tire. Weisler said the suspect, later identified as Smith, approached Hare’s patrol car on the passenger side after the officer arrived. Weisler said Hare even offered him a ride into town. “Then, without warning, the suspect pulled out a firearm and shot Officer Hare,” said Weisler. “The suspect then walked to the driver’s side and shot Officer Hare again.” Smith then allegedly pushed Hare into the passenger seat and drove away in the patrol car. The patrol car was later found abandoned and Smith allegedly ran off on foot. I would have left that pos bleeding to death there. |

It's a shame they didn't have a clearer initial shot and weren't able to execute him on the spot |

I wonder if Crew Chief, Sgt. Phonesia Machado-Fore said, “Please” don’t kill me a few times before he killed her mercilessly. I’m in full support of death penalty by way of electric chair.. |

Unfortunately, New Mexico doesn't have a death penalty. However, South Carolina where the paramedic was murdered, does. Go S.C.! |
