Re: Cop Facing $5 Million Dollar Brutality Lawsuit After Punching Man Repeatedly

alleged 'drunkard'. the officers reports stated he smelt like beer. The officers. The 'facts' we have to base our opinions on are the video.

That shows no crime commited by the assault victim. Hearsay!! he may have said this, he may have said that, I bet he is a drunk, I bet he is this, I bet he is that but are you not a exponent of fact and justice? You yourself have managed to say this is wrong.

if he was indeed a 'drunkard' then this drunkard was walking away based on the footage (only facts we have) got suckerpunched hit several more times and stayed on his feet. yes that is a victory. The comisoners making a statement like the above. victory. Possible payout of millions.

yep that 'drunkard' really did win this one.

I agree to a degree but you have to. You have to hold on to whats right and whats wrong. Our actions are not always right. Just because its what we would do does not make it what you should do.
While I was willing to entertain the thought that you were just somewhat confused, young, and eccentric...I'm now becoming convinced after you spat of emails, that you're just...well...odd and very very naive. Don't worry...given enough time you'll finally figure it out.

Yes my spat of PMs trying to remind you of paragraphs. no politics, no personal digs. just paragraphs. The fact that you are still looking to defend this copper (back track boy) leads me to chuck the rag in. You are evidentily a kid and not too eccentric. Id bet you are stll a brat of a child 16-22 at most. Regardless I look forward to all you future posts and I am sure you will display both evidence of your physical prowess in the security feild and the results from your 30 plus years of academic study.

You're correct...my paragraph structure sucks at times. But, at least my sentence syntax, grammar, and spelling are fairly good. Too bad yours aren't. Wa wa wa...your paragraphs are too long! Wa wa wa...you never post nothing! Wa wa wa...30564u is a big scary bully that isn't what he claims to be! Wa wa wa!

The cop literally pursues him, trying to fight. That is just cowardly, the cop has had nothing to drink, that other guy probably several beers. The police need to hold themselves to a higher standard.

Re: Cop Facing $5 Million Dollar Brutality Lawsuit After Punching Man Repeatedly

Perhaps if we made the "punishment match the crime", cops found guilty of brutality/abuse should be punished by the exact means they exacted upon their victims. That way, the perpetrator of the crime suffers, rather than the taxpayers who foot their bills.

(And 305, you can orally-lavage my testicalia if you don't like that idea. I haven't had my coffee yet, so my anti-everyone sentiment is prevailing right now. )
