Ever hear of Trespassing? Would you be OKAY if some dude with a camera was standing on your lawn in pitch black darkness?

Turns out he lives there but the officer clearly asked if he lives there and he says "NOPE".

So we have here...

1) Creepy guy with camera standing on someone elses lawn late at night

2) Lying to a police officer

Did he deserve a beating? Nope...but to say he is completely innocent is bullshit.

It's only trespassing if the owner files a complaint.

He wasn't served his Miranda rights.

It doesn't matter what he was doing there, it isn't illegal to film in public.
