The pick-up looked like it fared much better than the cement truck. Glad the cement truck driver was not seriously injured. Cop needs to learn to do a proper leg sweep to get perps. on the ground.

that's why I don't like the police chasing after suspects unless its a real emergency. That cement truck could've also been a mom with her kids, an ambulance, a family, a fire-truck---you name it. If that had happened the police would've been singing a completely different tune!!
