Speaking of being on the low end of the genetic pool, if you think a municipal ordinance is superior to Constitutional Law, then you are the one suffering from the shallow end of the genetic pool.
Where were they impeding ANYONE from doing ANYTHING? They weren't forcing anyone to stay or go from anywhere. Show me where they were impeding traffic or anything else.
PEACEFUL PROTEST IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CONSTITUTION IS A RIGHT! There is NO LAW that is allowed to impeded, interfere, or infringe on this right. NONE!
There is NO LAWFUL COMMAND to disperse a constitutional protest. YUP! You can do it ANYWHERE, ANYTIME, for ANY REASON!
