At 11:42 AM on May 14, 2025, our bureau received a public report stating that a wounding incident involving a weapon had occurred on Lianghe Road in Xipu Subdistrict. After receiving the report, public security authorities quickly rushed to the scene to handle the situation, apprehended the criminal suspect on the spot, and assisted 120 in sending the injured person to the hospital for treatment.
Upon investigation, it was found that at around 11:00 AM on the same day, the criminal suspect Mr. Luo (male, 23 years old) used a knife to stab Mrs. Wang (female, 29 years old) due to a dispute. Currently, the injured person is receiving treatment in the hospital and is not in immediate danger.
Mr. Luo has been placed under criminal detention by public security authorities in accordance with the law on suspicion of intentional homicide, and the case is currently under further investigation.
