Yes, he's a moron but there's logic to story..., that he's a video-game addicted idiot that endangered the life of a toddler due to sheer negligence. Probably not a "child torturer" as he was colorfully described. This is certainly tragic but not quite in the same caliber of brutality as the guy who beat his 2 year old to death for accidentally knocking over his Xbox 360.

First off, he got 15 years, not 65. Second, I've been sunburned before....and never had to go to the intensive care burn unit. Third, I've been sunburned before....and my skin was never falling off. Finally, I think the pastor did a good job in calming everyone down. I get the feeling that a couple of reverends (Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton) wouldn't have handled it in such a way. |

I dont see how he gets 65 years for making a stupid mistake of leaving the kid for a few minutes. The 4yr old probably did turn the hot water on, even if the guy is a bad babysitter and a tragic mistake occurred he shouldnt be give life in prison basically.

The thing that really upsets me is that they make no mention of what version of call of duty he was playing. Can anyone find out Which attachment he was using, what his second load out was, and if he got an AC-130? Forget the child, this is more important!!
