leaving a baby alone in a bathtub is not a "stupid mistake". it's called child endangerment and child neglect. not that his story is at all believable anyway. the fact that he tries to blame the baby is fucking appalling. and you freaks seriously think the baby turned the hot water on himself, and the guy never heard the baby scream? THANK YOU. he is 65 fucking years old. he knows better. not that I believe his story (it's always the child's fault, how convenient for you!), but even if what he said was true, he is guilty of child endangerment and child neglect. that baby could have drowned or been more badly burned. anybody who has been around a baby for a fucking second knows that you can never, ever leave them alone. not for a single second. |

Fuck, a lot of crazy shit happens in my home state of MI. Just finished listening to a 911 call from a 13 yr old with burglars in her house out of Harrison MI in the other section. This fuq gets no sympathy whether accident or malicious. If it were by accident then surely your heard the screams as you "played Call of Duty"...you should have been doing your duty (I just had to say that  )

poor misunderstood man... it just breaks my heart... boo hoo hoo! highly doubtful he will even do close to 65 years. he'll probably get an early release on good behavior (although from his actions in court, this doesn't seem likely) or because of over crowded prisons. 65 years may be a lot compared to others who have done as much or even worse but have you ever considered the fact that he may not have been sentenced to too many years for his crime, it's just that the others possibly weren't sentenced to enough years for theirs? "i didn't do nothin'" he cries. maybe he didn't (except play a game while the baby was in the bath tub). in this case that is just as bad as if he had done something. |

He deserved some jail, but not 65 years. Justice, in this case, would have been 5 years tops.
