The Tulsa Police Department released surveillance video footage of a suspected vehicle theft between 3:59 a.m. and 4:03 a.m. Sunday May 3 2009 in the 4000 block of Oak Road, Tulsa.
Police said surveillance video shows the suspect and another subject who appears to be his lookout.
The stolen vehicle is a light blue, 1987 Chevrolet El Camino, according to police.
