Re: Can't Walk Around at Night
While he does have a point, the cops also have a point that if someone reports someone "acting suspiciously" from whichever neighbour it is in the area, they have to investigate it. That's their job. Honestly though, the moment Ezra saw it was the same guy who he was familiar with already, he should have just said "Sup dawg, just chillin'?" And homeboy would have been all, "Yeah dawg, 's coo'." And Ezra could have just been all, "'K muh *****, keep it real, yo," and homie be all, "'k fam." |

That clown is a trouble making mindf*cker. He will likely end up regretting it. "Here's the problem, MY WHOLE GENERATION HATES YOU GUYS..." Yep. He's a psycho mindf*cker alright. With a chip on his shoulder. I appreciate the cops. If I were to 'hate' anyone in this encounter, it would be the mindf*cker with the 'tude that intentionally set this all up. |

Re: Can't Walk Around at Night
This guy is an idiot! If a neighbor calls to report suspicious activity, and the police need to investigate, that is what they are supposed to do. Think of it this way...If this guy was a bad guy and the cops just said, "ok, we believe you" and then they burglarized or robbed someone in the neighborhood, what would they say to the community? "Well, we asked them and they said they were from the neighborhood, so we believed them but they didn't want to show us their ID!" HAHAHA, yeah, that would make the community feel safe!

Re: Can't Walk Around at Night
He has a right to be annoyed, and I think he tried to be as rational and calm as possible about it. Kudos to him for keeping his cool and using reason to express his annoyance and keep the situation from escalating. He's lucky that they were most likely good cops that could be reasoned with instead of sociopathic or assholes on a powertrip though. It was a good, successful stand-down.
