In all fairness, watching the video a few times frame by frame, it could go either way because of blur and pixilation getting in the way of the hand positions. The key moments make it hard to tell if one guy hand the gun first or the other. My initial couple of watches, it sure looked like he twisted the guy on the ground's wrist around, and disarming him. With closer inspection, you really can't tell and by the positions, its possible the standing guy had the gun and ground man could have been blocking/grabbing the gun from standing guy. It's a tough call. I guess it comes down to witnesses without better video. |
