Beaten Man Tied to a Tree Rescued by the Police
On the afternoon of 8th November 2018 in the Santa Etelvina neighbourhood, a man was rescued by police. The police had been tipped off about a young man who had been taken into the woods, beaten + then killed. When the police found 20 year old L.N.D.A., he was tied to a tree + had been tortured, but he was alive. 'L', who was known to the police for drug trafficking, was taken to the hospital for treatment.
