I was wondering about that but the original description said "police officer" so who am I to argue being in the UK and all ;) What made me think he was a real copper was the fact the kid was just sitting there taking it... why not walk away from the fuckwit?

Yep, I did a bit o checkin, and that tard IS a Baltimore Inner Harbor cop, and he has been suspended with pay so internal affairs can investigate this video of his abusing a 14 year old. I'm glad I don't still live there, I'd probably hunt him down and give him a taste of his own, subsequently ending up in jail my damn self.
