I still can't really understand what results these moron "flex your rights" folks expect. Do they honestly think that they know everything after watching some BS Youtube video, made by some dude who got his degree in Constitutional law on cellblock E, and the cops are just going to kiss their ass and walk away? All it does is make things worse for them. The cops are getting paid to deal with bullshit every day and these dudes never win. And with the advent of body-cams, the lawsuits against cops have plummeted. |

For people who won't leave their cars, cops should start by cuffing them to a tow rope and tie the other end to the police cruiser. Then the cops can work from a position of real power.
