A 75 year-old grandmother who visited the bank to withdraw 20,000 roebel, ($329), and returned home to her apartment was attacked by a thug who beat her and kicked her in the face before splitting the crime scene.

She needed the money to have surgery on her eyes, remove cataract, but now she's in the hospital with a concussion, a broken nose and cheekbone, partially fractured jaw and numerous bruises on her face.
