21 year-old mother in court for road rage incident at Wal-mart parking lot
Twenty-one year old Jessica Bova of Champion appeared in Central District Court charged with felonious assault. The judge sent her case to the grand jury. What Bova is accused of was caught on tape. She followed another car into the Wal Mart parking lot in Bazetta Township, chased the car around the lot, eventually hitting it.  "The circumstances of where it happened, how it happened, this victim being able to call 911 until police arrived. It all being caught on tape, it's a unique case.", explains prosecutor Sean O'Brien. If Bova is convicted of the felonious assault charge, she cold face up to two years in prison. source |
