The victim can be seen riding a bicycle until he got hit by a bullet, falls in the middle of the street and doesn't move. After the first shot, the suspects flee, almost collide with a car, yet return seconds later to shoot at the victim again.

After that the suspects need to restart the motorcycle, in order to escape from the crime scene. Amidst this, the images show several motorists and even other motorcyclists passing by the fallen victim without assistance.
