I worked in dispatch, then got laid-off because we god underfunded. First off, I'll never go back. That said, we had 1/3 the cops we needed, whether city or county. We needed 2x both cops and deputies, but got neither. They got body-cams rather than more cops. Makes you wonder about their priorities, when they reduced dispatch by 100%. Wonder... |
