She forgot to engage the parking brakes on a slightly inclined road and locked the doors. when it started to move, her mind must have been switching from fumbling for the keys to trying to hold the car from moving.. nasty situation to be in on a busy street. good thing those bystanders noticed it sooner or her car would have damaged somebody else's car too.
