nope. Filipinos are not too fond of swearing like that. and i dont think any half filipino in their right mind would intimidate a full citizen right in their own country.

depends where you are. here in the philippines, i have known some who did that purposely and when apprehended, they say they forgot their wallet. So they would just impound the vehicle until that "driver" can come back to claim it with their license and registration. good luck to the salesman recovering the vehicle. it will be recovered of course but the trouble doing it is not fun.

Here, driving without license is not always an immediate jail or detention matter. unless involved in an accident. most of the time, they just take off the plate number if the car has them. if no documents or license but the car is not in the hot car list, they will just impound it until the rightful owner surfaces.

Filipinos will never be racist like that because wherever you grow up here, and i mean anywhere, its always a mix of origins or people of different locality. color or origin have never been an issue here. but i cant say the same for social standing discrimination. money thing.

ive got an infraction here once because of something they consider as racist. what they do not really understand is that racial discrimination have never been a matter of discussion here. the complainant judged me a filipina, via an american point of view. we dont have black white yellow or red here. almost everybody are dark brown or light brown and it dont make a difference.
