I feel like this isn't real. The female scream seems wrong. The recorder has no reaction, even though it's his friend. It all feels off - like it's a student special fx assignment. Good job, if so. |

CrunchyCripple: They are all shit-faced. None of their reactions are going to be "normal". They will either be dulled, or completely mistimed. I remember when my elderly neighbour across the road died of a heart attack right in the middle of a New Year's Eve party. Everyone was shitfaced, only one person bothered to call me because of my medical training as a veterinarian, the rest were standing around his lifeless bodies, bottles of piss in hand, chatting away and joking, his wife included. It wasn't until the next morning when they sobered up that it all finally sunk in and they started acting half respectable again. |
