Re: When Dogs Attack...ouch.

I saw this video on LiveLeak. The comments were riddled with people condemning Pit Bulls.

I guess Labradors and their mixes don't bite.

Re: When Dogs Attack...ouch.

looks like a mix of lab and rottie. timid and vicious. lab was timid enough to let you touch it once... the second time, rottie went autopilot

Re: When Dogs Attack...ouch.

and y'all wonder why that cop shot that dog a few days ago
Cop wasn't being a dumbass and patting a strange dog from behind without making his presence known, was he? Nope.

Yeah, people are fucking retarded.

The stats are pretty clear: There are numerous other breeds of dog that bite a hell of a lot more regularly than pit-bull types.

The difference is, pit-bull types prefer to go for the neck and face, and bite and hold, compared to most other breeds that go for arms and legs, and bite and release. So we see more spectacular damage from pit-bull bites.

That's what you get when you are too moronic to read a dog's body language.

Lab mixes, I find in my experience, are very twitchy dogs on average. It's like the pure-bred Lab has been so carefully selected to be placid, that the moment you mix in any other genes from any other breed, they just go crazy at the drop of a hat.

It's either pure Lab, or none at all, for me.

My pit/lab mix was the best dog Ive ever owned....I lost her last August to cancer two months shy of her 14th birthday. She was the calmest and most stable dog I've ever had, bar none. I have one of her sisters still and At 12 she's still going strong in spite of some retard on this page telling years ago that when she got 4 or 5 years old her brain was going to outgrow her skull and she was going to go "pit" on me. ROFLMAO. Stupid fuckers. Those same assholes think their jaws lock too.
